Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper (c) 2001 Capcom.
An upgraded version of 'Street Fighter Zero 3' ('Street Fighter Alpha 3' outside Japan and southeast Asia) was released for the Sony PlayStation in 1998 and the Sega Dreamcast in 1999. 'Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper' is the arcade version of this upgrade, which was released exclusively in Japan. The game still has the Z-ism (A-ism outside Japan and southeast Asia), X-ism and V-ism fighting styles as well as the 8-way joystick and 6 buttons controls. There are now 34 characters in the game. Along with all the characters that were playable from the start, hidden characters M. Bison (Balrog outside Japan), Juni and Juli are also playable from the start. In addition past Street Fighter legends Guile, Dee Jay, Fei Long and T. Hawk are now playable as well.

This is a Naomi port of the Dreamcast game 'Street Fighter Zero 3 - Saikyouryuuu Dojo', which itself is a port of the original 'Street Fighter Zero 3' which ran on the CPS2 hardware.
An even further upgraded version of 'Street Fighter Zero 3', called 'Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper' in Japan and 'Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX' outside Japan, appeared for the Sony PSP in 2006, and adds Eagle (from the original 'Street Fighter'), Yun (from 'Street Fighter III'), Maki (from 'Final Fight 2') and Ingrid (from 'Capcom Fighting Jam'). This now brings the total count of playable characters to 37!

Only the country name is given in the non-Japanese versions (exclusively for Sony PlayStation and Sega Dreamcast), with the more specific info being removed instead of being translated.
